Welcome to VivPure. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VivPure website, products and services. By accessing our website, purchasing our products or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By purchasing VivPure products or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
These Terms apply to all transactions, communications and interactions between you and VivPure (operated by its proprietors from Nawada, Bihar, India). Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

All products are subject to availability. VivPure reserves the right to modify, discontinue or update its product offerings without prior notice.
Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing and packaging updates.
All orders are placed through direct enquiry via our contact form, WhatsApp or telephone. VivPure does not currently operate an automated online ordering system.
Orders are subject to confirmation. VivPure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded promptly.
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are subject to location, availability and operational factors. VivPure will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules but cannot guarantee delivery times in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
Delivery is currently available in select areas of Bihar and neighbouring regions. Service area availability is subject to change.
Payment terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation. VivPure accepts payment via bank transfer, UPI and such other methods as may be agreed upon.
For subscription services, payment may be required in advance for the subscription period. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of the subscription service.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. VivPure reserves the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice.
VivPure is committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. All VivPure water products undergo multi-stage purification, filtration and quality testing before packaging.
Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery and report any concerns immediately. Products should be stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight.
Tamper-evident sealed packaging is designed to ensure product integrity. Do not consume if the seal appears to be broken or tampered with.
VivPure water products are intended for human consumption and should be used in accordance with standard food safety practices.
All intellectual property rights in the VivPure brand, logo, name, tagline ("Purity You Can Taste"), website content, product designs and packaging are the exclusive property of VivPure and its proprietors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or use any VivPure intellectual property without prior written consent.
In the event of a private label arrangement, VivPure grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use agreed design elements solely for the agreed purpose and duration, subject to the specific terms of the private label agreement.
VivPure collects personal information (name, contact details, delivery address) solely for the purpose of processing orders and delivering services. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
By engaging with VivPure, you consent to VivPure contacting you regarding your order, subscription or enquiry via telephone, email or WhatsApp.
VivPure takes reasonable precautions to protect your personal data. You may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting support@vivpure.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VivPure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of VivPure products or services.
VivPure's total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to such claim.
VivPure makes no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms. The quality and safety standards described reflect VivPure's genuine commitment; however, individual results may vary.
Distributors are authorized to sell and distribute VivPure products within their agreed territory. Distributorship is granted on a non-exclusive basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Distributors must maintain the quality and integrity of VivPure products during storage and distribution. Improper storage that leads to product damage is the responsibility of the distributor.
Distributors may not modify, relabel or adulterate VivPure products in any way. Marketing and promotional materials must be consistent with VivPure's brand guidelines.
VivPure reserves the right to terminate a distributorship agreement in the event of breach of these terms or conduct detrimental to the VivPure brand.
Private label orders are subject to minimum order quantities and are processed on agreed timelines. Customers must provide approved label artwork in the required format.
VivPure does not accept responsibility for label designs provided by the customer. The customer warrants that label designs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Custom packaging and label production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays attributable to late submission of artwork or client approvals are the customer's responsibility.
VivPure accepts returns and provides refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted to support@vivpure.com or via telephone within the applicable reporting period. VivPure may request photographic evidence of the issue.
Subscription cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. No refunds are provided for deliveries already dispatched.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nawada, Bihar, India.
VivPure reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of VivPure products or services after publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
